Terry Mock graduated with a J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama in 1983 and opened her office in Tuscumbia, Alabama in 1984 where she has practiced ever since. Previously she earned her B.A. degree in English/History/Political Science from the University of North Alabama in Florence, where she was an Honors Graduate.
She has been a guest speaker for the Alabama Coalition Against Domestic Violence where she provided continuing legal education instruction to other attorneys as well as having spoken before a variety of civic and professional groups including the local business and professional women's association and the elderly. She has previously served as past-president of her local bar association, a municipal court judge, and has maintained active memberships in numerous law related organizations including, the Alabama Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the AL. Bar, and the American Bar Association.
Mrs. Mock has been an active member her church, First United Methodist in Tuscumbia, serving in the Chancel Choir, on the Administrative Board, the cookbook committee and in the kitchen. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cooking for her family and friends, and writing and surfing the internet.

Andrew was raised in Spring Valley, Alabama and graduated from Muscle Shoals High School in 1999. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alabama's College of Engineering and continued his education by attending and graduating from the University of Alabama's School of Law and being admitted to the Bar of Alabama in 2007.
He served as law clerk for the Hon. Eddie Hardaway, Jr., Circuit Judge for the 17th Judicial district of Alabama and has also worked in the past in engineering, programming, accounting, and stacking lumber. He has worked with this firm since 2007 and continues to be a resident of Colbert County. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a die-hard Alabama Football Fan!
